Our 125mm (5 inch) heavy duty Blue Hi Resilience Rubber wheel castors are the best solution for institutional trolleys and a variety of other items that weigh up to 1,400kg and travel longer distances. These Blue Hi-Res wheels are moulded with a rounded profile for easy turning and are well suited for all floor surfaces including areas where you want to protect the floors. The precision bearings help the castors get push momentum from a still position.

The castor forks are zinc plate Core Coat finished with clear lacquer that provides best quality corrosion protection. Suitable for use on stainless steel, chrome, aluminium, metal or wooden furniture when used in non corrosive environments.

The plate castors can be fastened by bolting the 130x100mm mounting plate using the four 11mm holes with 80x105mm hole centres. The turning radius of the swivel castors is 109mm and the turning radius for the total brake castors is 140mm. The total height from the floor to the top of these castor units is 162mm and each has a maximum rolling safety load rating of 350kg.

These heavy duty Hi-Res Blue Rubber wheels are 125mm diameter x 50mm tread width and have a 12.7mm bore x 60mm hub width and run on two sealed precision bearings in the centre of the wheel.
